Website & Cookie Notice

Last updated: July 2026

This notice is only about our website — doodleplot.com — which is aimed at parents and grown-ups deciding whether to download DoodlePlot. It is separate from the app. How the DoodlePlot app handles your information (no accounts, no ads, no tracking) is covered in our App Privacy Policy.

1. What we use, and why

To understand whether our app-install ads are working, this website uses the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel. When you visit the site or tap an "App Store" or "Google Play" button, the pixel may set cookies and send Meta standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser, and which button you tapped. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to help us reach people with similar interests.

We do not send Meta your name, email, or any drawings — we don't collect those on the website. The app itself contains no advertising or tracking SDKs; this pixel exists only on the website.

2. Your choices & how to opt out

  • EEA & UK: the pixel does not load unless you accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can decline and use the site normally.
  • United States (incl. California), Canada & elsewhere: the pixel is on by default, but you can opt out at any time using the button below. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal — if your browser or an extension sends it, the pixel will not load.
  • You can additionally block cookies in your browser, or adjust ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
